Triple F Racing's preparation for the highly anticipated endurance events went into overdrive on Monday at Queensland Raceway with both driver's and team going through their paces at the official test day.

Dean Fiore and co-driver Michael Patrizi completed several sessions each throughout the day, practicing driver changes along with bedding brakes and running in diffs ahead of the L&H 500 Phillip Island in just over a week's time.

Commenting on the progress of the day, Dean said "The endurance race preparation is going really well. Michael did a heap of laps and has been doing a great job. Everything went to plan on the test day on Monday and everyone in the team is excited and looking forward to a good showing at the endurance rounds.

"There's a really good feel within the team at the moment going into Phillip Island next week. The boys at the workshop have been putting in really big hours of late to ensure the preparation is on track, so Michael and I are looking forward to repaying their hard work along with our sponsors with some good results."

The first of the endurance rounds is next weekend at the L&H 500 Phillip Island, closely followed by the pinnacle event in Australian motorsport, the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 at Mount Panorama from October 7-10.
